Representatives of the Taliban have reported the detention of two Tajik citizens on allegations of joining ISIS in Russia, traveling to Afghanistan through Turkey and Iran, and planning to join ISIS in Pakistan. A video showcasing the detained individuals was posted on the "Almirsad English" channel on X (formerly Twitter).
The detainees, identified as 21-year-old Aminjon Faizov from Kulob and 21-year-old Sirojiddin Davlatov from Vose district, revealed their involvement. Faizov specifically mentioned receiving an invitation to join the ISIS group in Vladimir Oblast, Russia.
