Reports indicate road closures in the Karaganda and Ulytau regions due to flooding, with evacuations taking place in the Aktobe region following a dam breach.

Rescue teams from Almaty have been sent to Aktobe to aid in rescue operations, while military personnel are actively participating in flood response efforts across multiple regions.

In the Pavlodar region, more than 70,000 m³ of water and 1,400 m³ of snow have been removed. A total of 277 personnel, 111 vehicles, 34 pumps, and 2 watercraft are currently involved in flood mitigation activities in the region.
