The responsibility for such actions rests with media owners, distributors, chief editors, and authors of the materials.
Following the incident, the court has taken steps to hold those responsible administratively accountable. Published materials have been removed, and their further distribution has been prohibited. Media representatives have been removed from the courtroom to prevent similar occurrences.
The Supreme Court has urged all parties to refrain from actions that could impact the judicial process and emphasized that any attempts to pressure the court will be addressed. Discussions during the court session on April 10 centered around the incident from the previous hearing on April 9, where a media representative took photos of the jurors, subsequently shared on social media platforms.
