Ministry of Digital Development Sets Prices for Real Estate Registration Services

The Ministry of Digital Development has approved prices for goods and services provided by the National Agency "Government for Citizens" in the field of state registration of property rights. The registration of various property rights, such as ownership, economic management, operational management, pledge, rent, and use, now has set prices for different types of properties and for both individuals and legal entities.

For example, the registration of rights for a single apartment or individual residential house ranges from 1292.64 tenge to 1558.03 tenge for individuals and from 1304.01 tenge to 1594.05 tenge for legal entities. Prices vary depending on the type and complexity of the property being registered.

Furthermore, the registration of property complexes of non-residential purpose, such as buildings, structures, and facilities, also has set prices based on the number of separate standing objects. The fees range from 8731.12 tenge to 41,002.47 tenge for individuals and from 10,799.27 tenge to 48,291.20 tenge for legal entities, depending on the quantity of objects being registered.

Additionally, the Ministry has outlined that certain services will be provided free of charge, such as registration of encumbrances on real estate imposed by state bodies, registration of rights to state-owned real estate, and systematic registration of previously arisen rights on real estate.

It is important to note that expedited services through the front office will incur triple the standard cost, while services through the ENIS system will be charged four times the regular price. These new prices and regulations will come into effect starting from April 16, 2024.
