Kazakhstanis experienced challenges accessing state services at specialized population service centers (specSONs) on April 22, 2024. The NAQ "Government for Citizens" press service clarified the issue, attributing it to temporary system malfunctions affecting all specSONs nationwide.
The government corporation recognized the likelihood of delays in issuing driver's licenses and vehicle registrations as a result of the temporary system problems. Dedicated specialists are currently engaged in rectifying the situation and expressed regret for any inconvenience caused.
In a previous report on April 8, 2024, the NAQ "Government for Citizens" highlighted the most sought-after state service among Kazakhstanis.
