The footage of rescuing pets from the flooded microdistrict of Podgora in Petropavlovsk on April 29 was published by the Emergency Situations Ministry of Kazakhstan.
According to the department, the Emergency Situations Department of the West Kazakhstan Region is conducting raids in the microdistrict of Podgora.
"They are rescuing and providing assistance to pets located in flooded houses," the message says.
It is noted that volunteers are leaving food for animals in houses that are inaccessible.
Earlier, on April 25, footage of rescuing residents of Uralsk from flooded houses was published by the police.
