Fire at Warehouse in Aktobe Controlled, No Spread Threat Reported

A fire broke out on May 3 at a warehouse with construction materials in Aktobe.

According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Kazakhstan, rescuers and employees of the Center for Disaster Medicine are working at the site at an elevated level.

"The area of the fire is being determined. There is no threat of the fire spreading to other buildings," the statement said.

Earlier, there was a report of another fire. On May 2, a fire broke out in the village of Besagash in the Almaty region at a warehouse storing consumer goods. The fire was extinguished at 21:35.
