Dacha Owners in Kazakhstan's Flood-Hit Areas Return Home, Receive Assistance

In their homes, more than 200 residents of the dacha plots Venus, Rechnik, Trud, Gazovik, Volna, Umitchker have returned, as reported by the relevant source.

Additionally, according to the press service of the ZKO akimat, families living in dacha plots affected by the flood have been provided with one-time social assistance in the amount of 100 MRP. Payments are ongoing based on the received applications.

Currently, a special commission is operating in Uralsk to determine the damage to those affected by the flood and to provide financial assistance. The commission is inspecting flooded dachas as part of the verification process. All dacha structures are undergoing phased technical inspections.

Earlier, the akim of ZKO, Nariman Turegaliev, visited the evacuation points in the city of Uralsk where dacha owners are located, and also met with dacha owners in the regional center.

During the meeting, issues regarding the mechanisms of compensation for the damage caused by the natural disaster were discussed.

It is worth noting that regular meetings with dacha owners were previously held, and the explanatory work will continue in the future.
