A person was injured in Almaty after a strong earthquake on March 4th. The head of the Department of Emergency Situations of Almaty, Nurlan Atygaev, stated that details of the person's injuries are being clarified.

According to the Almaty Health Department, an 18-year-old resident of the city received all necessary medical assistance at the Children's Emergency Medical Center. The diagnosis was "Contusion and sprain of the right ankle joint and foot. The patient has been referred for outpatient treatment to a clinic near their place of residence."

On March 4th, another strong earthquake occurred in Almaty. Residents of the city felt strong tremors with a magnitude of 5 points.
