Rocket Launch of Soyuz MS-25 Postponed Due to Voltage Drop, Crew Safe

The head of "Roscosmos," Yuri Borisov, revealed to journalists on March 21 the reason behind canceling the launch of the Soyuz MS-25 spacecraft from the Baikonur Cosmodrome to the International Space Station. The launch was called off due to a voltage drop in the chemical power source.

Yuri Borisov explained that during the final stage of pre-launch preparations, an abnormal situation occurred, leading to the interruption of the entire procedure. He reassured that the crew of the Soyuz MS-25 spacecraft is in good health, emphasizing their readiness and resilience.

Borisov mentioned that the rocket launch has been rescheduled for March 23 at 17:36 Astana time. The crew set to board the ISS includes Russian commander Oleg Novitskiy, Belarusian Marina Vasilieva, and American Tracy Dyson.
