The Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations, and Aerospace Industry in Kazakhstan has urged citizens to file claims for moral damages against the microfinance organization "Robocash.kz" (owner of zaimer.kz).
The Committee on Information Security has received over 5200 complaints from citizens regarding this issue. However, the committee clarified that they are not responsible for seeking compensation for moral damages.
The press service of the Ministry emphasized that seeking compensation for moral damages should be pursued through the judicial system. Therefore, citizens are advised to approach civil courts to exercise their right to seek compensation against "Robocash.kz."
