Five Pakistani Citizens Detained in Kokshetau for Violating Migration Laws

Five citizens of Pakistan were detained at Kokshetau station for violating migration laws. The individuals, aged between 21 and 42, were apprehended during a migration control operation on March 15, despite overstaying their allowed period in Kazakhstan. 

They have been held accountable for breaching migration laws and face administrative penalties. One of the foreigners has been fined, while the cases of the others have been referred to the Specialized Administrative Court of Kokshetau. They could face administrative consequences, including deportation with a five-year entry ban to Kazakhstan. 

This incident comes amidst efforts by Kazakh authorities to combat internet fraud, preventing scammers from swindling 246 million tenge from citizens, as reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan.
