The founder of the "Madina" market, Tursuntay Salimov, has been released. This information was confirmed by the press service of the Oktyabrsky court.
According to the court, on March 22, the investigative judge of the Oktyabrsky district court granted the petition of the head of the investigative group, senior investigator of the GKNB, to change the preventive measure.
"The previously chosen preventive measure of detention has been changed to a written undertaking not to leave," the court said.
It should be noted that as part of the criminal case, on October 9, the founder of "Madina" was charged with article 261 "Creation of an organized group or participation in it" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. On the same day, the Pervomaysky district court remanded him in custody until December 4. The next day, Tursuntay Salimov was transferred for treatment to the private clinic "Bikard".
