Users can easily visit the site, select their route, date, number of passengers, timing, and payment method. The e-ticket will be sent to the provided email address.
This user-friendly online service also offers the option of ticket refunds. This initiative is part of the Ministry's efforts to modernize transportation in Kyrgyzstan, ultimately improving travel convenience for passengers.
