An international exhibition of Eurasian education has recently opened in Kyrgyzstan, showcasing the top 50 universities from Russia, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan. The organizers announced this during a briefing.
According to Dmitry Danilov, the head of projects at the Eurasian Cooperation Organization, the exhibition has become a unified platform for universities and colleges from different countries to present their programs, learning conditions, admission processes, job prospects, and internships.
Danilov also mentioned that the number of budget places in universities and colleges in the Russian Federation has increased. He highlighted that the universities presented at the exhibition have modern material and technical bases and are ready to accept students from Kyrgyzstan on a budgetary basis. Additionally, there are more budget places in Russian universities and colleges, with students also receiving scholarships. Many institutions offer additional increased scholarships for active participation in various activities.
The exhibition covered Osh, Uzgen, and Kyzyl-Kiya, with similar events planned to take place soon in Tokmok, Balykchy, and Karakol. Official meetings and agreements on cooperation are scheduled to be held between educational institutions and representatives of the authorities from Russia and Kyrgyzstan.
