Former parliamentarian Kubanychbek Zholdoshbaev has fully compensated the damage to the state, according to a statement from the press center of the State Committee for National Security (GKNB).
Reportedly, on April 19, the Pervomaisky District Court modified the preventive measure for the former deputy to a written undertaking not to leave the country, after he repaid the state 150 million soms.
The committee stated, "Meanwhile, investigative measures are ongoing."
It is important to highlight that on February 22, the GKNB arrested the ex-deputy and founder of the LLC "Besh-Sary" for significant tax evasion and fraud. It was discovered that the LLC "Besh-Sary" had been conducting double bookkeeping for many years under the direction of its management. The company owns two trading houses in the Osh market area and is involved in coal supply.
