The Leningrad region is set to collaborate with the Chui region of Kyrgyzstan, focusing on projects in industry, education, and culture. Governor Alexander Drozdenko announced this partnership in his Telegram channel.
The head of the Leningrad region arrived in Bishkek to attend several meetings and witness the signing of an agreement between two universities from the respective regions.
"We are preparing to sign an agreement to establish friendly relations between the Tosno district of the Leningrad region and the Alamudin district of the Chui region," he wrote.
The Russian region aims to enhance industrial and cultural cooperation, as well as strengthen exchange programs and support for compatriots.
