Alimony Cases Decrease in 2023 with 53,548 Cases Reviewed - Official Statement

In 2023, courts have considered 53,548 cases on alimony obligations. This was reported during a meeting of the parliamentary faction "Alliance" by the Deputy Director of the Judicial Department, Zhyldyz Ryskulova.

According to Ryskulova, in 2022, courts reviewed 54,678 alimony cases, and in 2021, the number was 59,331.

Ryskulova added that overall in 2023, there have been fewer applications for alimony in courts compared to previous years.
