At a meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh, deputy Gulya Kozhokulova announced that Adakhan Madumarov has resigned as the leader of the "Butun Kyrgyzstan" faction. She explained that this decision was due to a criminal case opened against Madumarov, who is currently involved in legal proceedings.
Kozhokulova also announced that the new leader of the faction is Iskhak Masaliev, with Emil Toktoshev as his deputy. She expressed her wishes for success to the new leadership and thanked their fellow deputies for their support. She also extended gratitude to their constituents for standing by them during such challenging times.
