Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov signs decree for early elections in Osh constituency No. 7. The election is set for Sunday, April 28th. The Central Election Commission is tasked with organizing the elections in accordance with Kyrgyzstan's laws, while the government is to allocate funds and ensure the legality, rights, and freedoms of citizens.

The Cabinet is also to assist in ensuring cybersecurity of electronic information systems used in the electoral process and secure communication channels for data exchange. The seat became vacant after Aibek Osmonov resigned. Recent reports by "Region TV" linked Jogorku Kenesh deputies to Raiymbek Matraimov, leading to calls for them to resign voluntarily or be stripped of their mandate.

The videos also mention Abdibakhabe Boronbaev, whose parliamentary duties were recently terminated. The videos, posted on YouTube, also mention the suspension of mandates for deputies Iskender Matraimov and Nurlan Rajabaliyev. Raiymbek Matraimov, declared wanted by the GKNB, is suspected of aiding in restricting a person's freedom of movement. The channel's chief editor confirmed its ownership by Kamchybek Tashiev.
