President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev will be an honorary guest at the military parade commemorating the 79th anniversary of Victory in the 1941-1945 war in Moscow on May 9th. This was announced by the Kremlin press service.
Upon the invitation of the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, the parade will also be attended by the presidents of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, Kyrgyzstan, Sadyr Japarov, Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdymukhamedov, Cuba, Miguel Diaz-Canel Bermudez, Laos, Thongloun Sisoulith, and Guinea-Bissau, Umaro Sissoco Embalo.
Alongside Vladimir Putin, the presidents will also take part in the ceremony of laying flowers at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.
