President Serdar Berdymukhamedov participated in the ceremony of laying flowers at the Monument to the Constitution and the Main Flag of the country. Representatives of government bodies, public organizations, residents, and guests of Ashgabat took part in the celebrations. The festivities took place in all regions of Turkmenistan.
In his address to the citizens of the country, the Head of Turkmenistan noted that the Constitution and the State Flag are symbols of independence, sovereignty, and the people's commitment to the ideals of peace and humanism. He emphasized that the foundation of the motto "State for the People!" is the thesis proclaiming the human as the highest value of society and the state.
